Agenda: meetings the assistant booked

Browse Concierge bookings as a list or a calendar, filter them, and cancel or reschedule without leaving the console.

Agenda shows the meetings the assistant booked for your workspace. It reads one calendar only — the “Concierge” calendar the integration creates in your Google account when you connect it. Events from your personal calendars never appear here, and Concierge never reads them.

Four ways to look at it

  • List — day by day, newest first. This is the default because it stays readable when there are only a few bookings.
  • Day and Week — a time grid, so you can see gaps and overlapping meetings at a glance.
  • Month — the whole month at once. Click a day to open it.

Use the arrows and Today to move around. Whatever you are looking at — the view, the date, and every filter — is in the address bar, so you can bookmark it or paste it to a colleague and they see exactly the same thing.

Filtering

The counters above the list are also buttons: click “With a lead”, “No guest email”, “Cancelled”, or “Hot leads” to narrow the list, and click again to clear. The numbers do not move when you filter — they always describe the whole period — so you can see what share you are looking at.

  • The search box filters what is already on screen as you type.
  • “Search all bookings” asks Google directly and covers the last and next 90 days, including details the list does not show.
  • The status chips cover confirmed, tentative, and cancelled bookings.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Open a booking and use Reschedule or Cancel. Both offer a checkbox to let the guest know — it is on by default, and Google sends the email. Turn it off if you would rather contact them yourself.

Where a booking came from

When the assistant booked a meeting during a conversation, the detail panel links to that lead and that conversation. Bookings made before this link existed, or where the visitor never left contact details, simply show as not linked.
